Turkey Refugee & Discipleship Project
2011–2022
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Before the Armenia Project, God opened an extraordinary ministry door for M2M Ministry in Turkey among Persian-speaking refugees from Iran and Afghanistan.
From 2011 to 2022, we travelled to Turkey annually, usually spending one month each year ministering in different cities and refugee communities. During those years, we shared the Gospel, encouraged hurting families, discipled new believers, and helped many people begin their journey with Christ.
One of the major parts of this ministry was our annual one-week discipleship and baptism conference for new believers. These gatherings included:
-
Evangelism and Gospel outreach
-
Baptism ceremonies
-
Discipleship training
-
Leadership development
-
Marriage and wedding ceremonies
-
Worship services and prayer gatherings
-
Biblical teaching seminars
-
Encouragement and support for refugee families
Through God’s grace, this ministry became a place of healing, hope, and spiritual transformation for many people who came from difficult backgrounds and uncertain futures.

Over this 10-year project:
-
Thousands heard the Gospel through our ministry efforts
-
More than 600 people were baptized
-
Many new believers were discipled and trained
-
Future ministry leaders were encouraged and equipped
-
House fellowships and ministry connections were established
We thank God for every volunteer, supporter, church partner, and prayer warrior who stood with us during those years. The Turkey Project was not simply an event-based ministry — it became a spiritual family and a testimony of God’s faithfulness among refugees and seekers.
Today, although that specific season of ministry has officially concluded, the fruit of those years continues through believers who are still serving the Lord in different nations around the world.
One plants, another waters, but God gives the growth.
1 Corinthians 3:6
